Today i just found this wonderful app which gives you a awesome GUI interface for Alt + tab alternative.The software name is Vista switcher.VistaSwitcher is an elegant and powerful task management utility for Windows OS. How do you use :

Download the program and install it.Once done Start VistaSwitcher, press Alt+Tab to show the list of all open windows on the desktop, press Ctrl+Alt+Tab to show the list of windows of the foreground application.

You can go through the tasks by holding the Alt key down and pressing Tab, or pressing the Up and Down Arrow keys, or moving the mouse pointer up or down the list. As you do so, the snapshot preview changes to the currently selected task. To switch to the task, click it with the mouse or release the Alt key.

Right-click the VistaSwitcher tray icon to access the program menu and settings.

Its available for both 32 and 64 bit and runs on Windows XP/Vista and 7.
