Registry the heart of Windows, is one thing that needs to be taken care of seriously from spywares and adwares as these are the root causes of your pc behaving unstable.How do you protect your pc from viruses and spywares ? When I installed WinASO Registry Optimizer I was presented by the screen as shown below.It consisted of 3 sections namely Clean center, Optimize center and Advanced tools.The default selection was Registry cleaner which gave a option to where the areas need to be examined.

I clicked the ‘Click here to scan registry’ to link to let the software analyze where i had issues with.

Once the scan was done it shows a detailed list of errors and the number of errors which needs to be fixed.

But since this was a trial version it only allowed to fix 10 errors at a time.

In case you want to remove the cache files,cookies,temp files, history and unnecessary space then you can do it by using Privacy cleaner.Best thing is, it detects which browsers are installed along with the option to choose the applications it should check.This will remove the extra work of clearing your cookies from the browsers every time you close out.

In case you want to remove the un-used or missing shortcuts this also provides a way to do so with the presence of Shortcut cleaner.

What to do in case you delete one or more files by mistake, this gives you a option to restore to a previous restore point too.Now isn’t that cool !

In addition to the above this has a system optimizer to boost your pc performance by applying tweaks.

There would be modifications done to the registry when you install apps so the structure is non uniform so by doing a defrag this helps to reduce the app response time and time to access the registry.See how much percent i can gain.

In addition to all the above features also gives a IE tweaker/manager to fix issues with Internet explorer.This leaves you the pain of downloading a fix for IE.

It also includes a start up manager to give you full access to see which are the programs running at startup, enable/disable them get more info on them.

Along with this it comes with a inbuilt Uninstall manager some what similar to Ccleaner and Tune up.

System tools section gives you some of the windows important shortcuts like registry, DirectX tweaks ,system info, config utility, disk clean up, disk defragmenter, computer management , backing up and a chance to restore your pc to the last saved system restore point.
