Yahoo mail in HTML 5 style for the iPad

Yahoo has come up with a new, HTML5-based version of Yahoo Mail for the iPad. It’s similar to the recently launched version of Yahoo Mail for the iPhone and iPod Touch, Yahoo Mail product manager Lee Parry says, only optimized for iPad’s larger screen.

Some of it’s features include local caching, which enables you to access and search your messages while offline. There’s also the ability to see rich photo attachments in full form, or as previews directly in the inbox views, as well as a dual-pane view for a better overview of your inbox. You can also search through your inbox using Full Search, personal folders or Smart Folders with messages from your most important contacts.

Just received a mail today from paypal regarding change in policies about payment withdrawal policy changes for indian users and yet again its not a good news for the indian users who use the electronic bank transfer services to transfer their funds to their bank accounts.Effective from July 29th 2010 the Electronic Transfer services will no longer be active for indian paypal users.

So only withdrawal method for Indian users is the Cheque method .The only good thing as of now for the indian users is that paypal is currently waiving of the 5$ charges for the cheque withdrawal for the time being,so you’ll get the full amount for the money you transfer to your cheque.Don’t know whats really cooking up between the indian banks and paypal,i hope they soon will figure something out and start the electronic transfer services as soon as possible.

Apple Starts Shipping Free Bumpers

As we mentioned in our earlier post Apple started the Free Bumper/Case program a couple of days ago for the iPhone 4 owners .Now some of the popular tech sites are reporting about the shipping in some of the areas is already started. As mentioned in their recent post that @AndyGent one of the iPhone 4 owners posted a tweet about the shipping mail he got from apple for the first set of bumpers. This is after he applied for the Free iPhone 4 case program on friday.

Though its a good news for some of the customers like  @AndyGent but not all of them are lucky enough to get the case/bumper shipped to their home any sooner  than the late September or even October 9to5MAC reported that some of the owners who have opted for the 3rd party iPhone4 cases are getting such difficulties with the inconsistent shipping date.So it’s recommended  to all our readers who own an  iPhone 4  that they should stick for the apple bumpers to avoid any sorts of delay.

HTC Aria goes official comes out early for AT&T

Recently AT&T made a official announcement of the not so tachy Google-fied Android Device.AT&T contract users have been either stuck with Motorola Backflip or rather the underwhelming Dell Aero.Remember few days back AT&T product manager Dante Martin had followed up on a video which showcase HTC liberty and also a confirmation that Aria would be coming with AT&T.

There’s also a soft-touch back and a total weight of around four ounces, and AT&T had said that this Sense-equipped, Android 2.1-powered handset was supposed to go on sale this Sunday but if you check out the unboxing snaps from a giddy tipster it gives a impression that it  has been out early on At&t and it’s available in some of the Best buy stores.
