When ever your pc gets corrupted or infected with virus or spyware’s, majority of the time your Regedit  or Task Manager or System Restore gets disabled and you are not able to do anything.You try logging into safe mode with Administrative privileges and doing a complete scan of your hard disk to remove the virus and spyware’s which is creating a pain in your ass.Seriously what do you then.

I normally don’t encounter viruses as i am well guarded my pc with Nod 32 along with Spy ware doctor and off course my Windows 7 firewall and Microsoft Security Essentials, If i encounter such things then first thing i do is search for a script which can re enable it or do a scan with  Hijack this and try to find out the area where my registry is affected.If your aren’t familiar with what i am speaking out then best would be to go to a application which could do the trick for you.The name of application is Re-Enable Portable.It will enable Regedit Task Manager System Restore options Command prompt or even Folder options.
