We already know about the iPhone Antenna issue don’t we and to rectify this thing Apple is providing free rubber bumpers and free cases.Apple recently created an Antenna performance page on it website that compares iPhone 4 ’s antenna issues with other major smart phones in an effort to prove Apple’s point that iPhone 4 is not any different when it comes to antenna issues.Apple targeted Droid X in the comparison.It was done by posting pictures and videos that show the drop in signal for other smart phones when held in a way that attenuated the signal.If you remember Apple had targeted Blackberry Bold 9700, HTC Droid Eris, Samsung Omnia and Nokia N97 Mini.Check out the video page below for the comparison on the same.

With the Droid X in demand these days, Apple seems to consider it as the serious iPhone competitor.I am not sure how this move by Apple could benefit them by gaining more users for the iPhone 4 and also to the users of AT&T.This creates a opportunity for other smartphone manufacturers to come together in an assault against Apple.What do you feel this move is ?
