After the release of Wordpress 2.9 beta 1, one more beta of Wordpress is out i.e Beta 2.You can check out what’s changed in the transition from Beta 1 to Beta 2

After the release of Wordpress 2.9 beta 1, one more beta of Wordpress is out i.e Beta 2.You can check out what’s changed in the transition from Beta 1 to Beta 2.I do not recommend updating it now as this a beta version and you might have a conflict with the plugins and themes.so this is only for testing purpose so you can install it locally on your pc with xampp or wampp.
After the Beta 2 is released, it won’t take much time when the stable release would be released.Until til then test Wordpress 2.9 Beta 2
