Windows 7 SP1 goes into development

Read some awesome and shocking news.Why shocking ,coz Windows 7 SP1 developement has already started.I don’t understand one thing what is this strategy by Microsoft.Windows 7 is not yet made come to market and the SP1 has started to move to development.I don’t know why are they concentrating on Service pack so soon.Isn’t this too early to do.As per Wzor.info Microsoft has started working on Windows 7 Service Pack 1 labeled as 7138.0.090523-xxxx-winmain_win7xxx_sp1_x.Check some screen shots.
